The Manor, known as Ljungby until 1830, is one of the most magnificent Renaissance buildings in Skåne, built in typical Christian IV style.
In the 1460s, the manor was acquired by the influential Jens Holgersen Ulfstand, the same man who commissioned the building of Glimmingehus.
The tale of the Horn and the Whistle is connected to Trolle Ljungby, and these two artifacts are there to be seen in a window facing the house gardens. Open Wednesday and Saturday May 1 to August 31.
It is owned by the Trolle-Wachtmeister family.
